Responsibilities may include:
Responsibilities may include:
- Oversee the quality assurance program for assigned waiver homes.
- Ensure all quality policies and procedures are developed, updated, implemented and monitored to include regulatory changes as needed.
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all regulatory standards and laws.
- Serve as point of contact for quality assurance initiatives for assigned waiver homes.
- Ensure the implementation of programmatic support systems (i.e. UI/MUI tracking and trending, IP program design, staffing models, etc.)

Lead survey process in assigned regions including but not limited to conducting mock surveys, point of contact for pre/post survey meetings.

Conduct quality assurance audits in homes.
Requirements for this position include:
- Four-year degree in social services or a related field.
- Previous supervisory/management experience.
- Experience within the field of developmental disabilities is required, residential experience is preferred.
- Experience in quality assurance and regulatory standards within the IDD field is required.
