- Assist project managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of civil projects
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project schedules
- Coordinate project meetings and maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing vendors, obtaining quotes, and managing contracts
- Track project budget and expenses and prepare reports for project managers
- Monitor project timelines and deadlines to ensure project milestones are met
- Support project teams with administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and data entry
