Avionics Test Equipment Specialist :
Duties & Responsibilities :
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a subject matter expert, supporting our market leading flight line test solutions.
VIAVI is looking for an Avionics Test Equipment Specialist at our Lenexa, Kansas location. This is a cross-functional role within Product Management that works closely with the engineering and development teams.
Job Responsibilities :
- Providing technical support to customers through presentations, product demonstrations, training, and operation of our avionics test products.
- Assisting product management in assessing potential application of products to meet customer needs.
- Ensuring that the product applications / solutions are functioning according to specifications.
- Defining hardware and software defects, interfacing with development teams, and support resolution.
- Assisting in writing product user manuals and application notes.
- Provide technical support to VIAVI's Technical Assistance Center.
