Housekeeper

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in accordance with established standards.
• Ensure all areas are stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
• Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all tasks performed.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations within the hospitality environment.

Skills

• Experience in industrial cleaning or hospitality settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices and custodial duties.
• Proficiency in floor care techniques and equipment operation.
• Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $13.74 - $14.41 per hour
