Company Overview VIBE Cannabis ("the Company") is currently seeking new Post Harvest Trim Lead Team Member for its facility located in St. Louis, MO. VIBE operates cultivation and manufacturing licenses in MO and is planning further local and domestic expansion.

Position Summary/Objective
The Post Harvest Trim Lead Team Member will work with the Post Harvest Team on a variety of projects and tasks throughout multiple areas in the garden to ensure the best possible products for our patients. Team members should be prepared to come to work clean and well-groomed with a great attitude and be ready to be on their feet for long hours, working in a variety of different environments.
Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Responsibilities)
- Responsible for helping the Post Harvest meet production demands and maintain quality expectations.

Duties included, but are not limited to
- Leading and monitoring the trim team through the day
- Bucking plants,
- Hand trimming plants, Machine trimming plants,
- Weighing plants,
- Sorting buds,
- Maintaining cure tubes,
- Packaging flower,
- Labeling packaged goods,
- Cleaning all equipment
- Cleaning all work areas; including moping and sweeping floors
- Communicates directly with Team Leads/Supervisors/Managers and aids in other areas when not working with required daily tasks.
- Maintain personal cleanliness and PPE throughout the Post Harvest process.
- Maintain best post harvest practices.
- Maintain accurate records, inventories, and data as needed.
Qualifications (Knowledge, skills, and abilities that help you do your job!)
- High School Diploma
- Able to work in loud areas.
- Able to lift 50 pounds.
- Capable of working in dark or bright environments.
- Able to work in low oxygen areas.
- Capable of working with or around caustic and potentially harmful chemicals.
- Understands compliance regulations and adheres to SOPs for specialized areas.
- At least 21 years of age
- Willing to participate in an extensive background check.
- Driver's license and reliable transportation
- Computer Literature (Work, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Bachelor's / Associates Degree in related fields.
- Knowledge of the cannabis plant.
