Cannabis Cultivation Team Member

Company Overview

VIBE Cannabis ("the Company") is currently seeking New & Experienced Cannabis Cultivation Garden Team Members for our continually growing team at our facility located in St. Louis, MO.

For this position, pay will be commiserate with your experience in the Cannabis industry. Starting pay for individuals with limited to no experience will be $15.00 an hour. Individuals with Commercial Cannabis experience will be eligible for higher pay brackets depending on their experience.

VIBE has been operating since January 2022 and we are quickly expanding the size of our team. We are looking for great character, highly motivated people that love taking care of plants! Position Summary/Objective

The Cultivation Garden Team Member will work with the Cultivation Team on a variety of projects and tasks throughout multiple areas in the garden to ensure the best possible products for our patients and consumers. Team members should be prepared to come to work clean and well-groomed with a great attitude and be ready to be on their feet for long hours, working in a variety of different environments.

Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Responsibilities)

• Responsible for helping the Cultivation Team meet production demands and maintain quality expectations.
• Duties included, but are not limited to
  • Fertigation,
  • Plant maintenance,
  • Harvesting
  • Defoliation
  • Deep cleaning grow and common areas,
  • Trimming, and
  • Packaging plant products.
• Communicates directly with Team Supervisors/Managers and aids in other areas when not working with required daily tasks.
• Maintain personal cleanliness and PPE throughout the Cultivation process.
• Maintain best agricultural practices.
• Maintain accurate records, inventories, and data as needed.

Qualifications (Knowledge, skills, and abilities that help you do your job!)

• Weekend Availability
• High School Diploma
• Able to work in loud areas.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Capable of working in dark or bright environments.
• Able to work in low oxygen areas.
• Capable of working with or around caustic and potentially harmful chemicals.
• Understands compliance regulations and adheres to SOPs for specialized areas.
• At least 21 years of age
• Driver's license and reliable transportation
• Computer Literature (Work, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Bachelor's / Associates Degree in related fields.
• Knowledge of the cannabis plant.
