As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving growth by selling consultancy services to large enterprise customers across the United States. You will manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, while building strong relationships with decision-makers and ensuring a consultative sales approach. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target and acquire large enterprise clients for data consultancy services.
- Prospecting: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, IT leaders, and business managers, to understand their data challenges and position the company’s solutions effectively.
- Consultative Selling: Use a consultative approach to educate potential clients on the benefits of modern data stack solutions and tailor offerings to meet their unique needs.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including solutions architects and delivery teams, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Market Insights: Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to provide valuable insights and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of 5 years of success as an Account Executive or in a similar role, preferably in data or technology consulting.
- Experience selling to large enterprise customers, with a strong understanding of their buying cycles and organizational structures.
- Familiarity with modern data stack technologies, such as cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery), ETL/ELT tools, dbt, and data visualization platforms.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and travel as needed for client meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (preferred).
Salary : $155,000 - $195,000
