Position Title: Predictive Maintenance Field Support Specialist and Technician (PdM Field Support & Tech)
Reports to: Director of Operations
Location: Piedmont, SC
Responsibilities
· Collect data from manufacturing equipment using diagnostic techniques such as vibration analysis, electrical and mechanical thermography, ultrasound, and lubrication sampling. Data is uploaded or sent for further analysis and reporting.
· Maintain professionalism at customer facilities, adhere to designated schedules, and follow customer safety procedures.
· Safely operate within industrial environments, ensuring that all equipment and instruments are properly maintained and functional.
· Follow instructions from the logistics department concerning travel and logistics, ensuring timely arrival at customer locations. Overnight travel is approximately 8-15 weekdays per month.
· Generate reports using Open Office or Microsoft Office 365 online applications and perform routine office tasks such as uploading data and reading emails via wireless networks.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer representatives and team members, addressing technical concerns promptly and providing ongoing follow-up.
· Participate in company training programs and demonstrate proficiency in techniques such as vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound, and motor circuit testing.
Basic Requirements
· Minimum of 1 year of experience in predictive maintenance or equipment maintenance.
· Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, walking, climbing ladders, and working in industrial environments.
· Proficiency with Open Office or Microsoft Office 365 online applications and general computer skills.
· Valid Driver’s License.
· High school diploma or GED required.
Plus Qualifications
· Vibration Level 1 certification.
· Experience with rotating or reciprocating equipment repair.
· Experience using thermographic cameras and ultrasound diagnostic tools.

Salary : $55,000 - $62,500
