As an Events Assistant, you will support the planning and execution of various events, ensuring seamless operations from start to finish. This role requires strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Assist with event planning, including logistics, vendor coordination, and scheduling.
- Help manage event setups, on-site operations, and tear-downs.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth event execution.
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing event materials and contracts.
- Track event budgets and ensure expenses stay within allocated limits.
- Provide general support to the event planning team as needed.
Skills Required:
