Job Description
- Looking for 5 Years of experienced in Design, develop, and implement Fenergo solutions for client onboarding, KYC, and AML processes.
- Configure Fenergo platforms to meet client-specific business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Fenergo with internal systems and third-party applications.
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure solution stability and performance.
- Provide technical support and guidance during system deployments and post-implementation.
- Optimize Fenergo workflows to ensure efficient data processing and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain and upgrade Fenergo software, including patching and troubleshooting bugs.
- Support end-users by creating user manuals, documentation, and training materials.
- Stay updated with Fenergo platform upgrades, new features, and best practices.
- Work closely with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
