FEDEX GROUND DELIVERY DRIVER COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Competitive Pay Range: $180-200

FEDEX GROUND DELIVERY DRIVER OPPORTUNITIES

• Career Advancement (Management, Lead Driver, Mechanic, Trainer and more).

DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS

• Able to lift packages with 75 lbs without assistance; up to 150 lbs with the assistance of a dolly and other safety equipment, handle heavy loads, and perform other physically demanding tasks associated with the job.
• No experience? No problem! Our training is the best in class. - Apply for driving smaller vehicles.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Load vans and deliver packages in all weather conditions: safely & punctually.
• Must be able to pass Background check, Drug Test and DOT Medical / Physical Exam & MVR (Employer-covered cost- Required by FedEx Ground).
• Must be willing to undergo random drug testing.
• Must be available to start at 8:00 AM, end of day can vary based on many factors including but not limited to (Work load, weather, equipment breakdown, etc.)
• Prior experience at Amazon, UPS, FedEx Ground, DHL or similar is a significant advantage!
• For those already active in FedEx, the processing time will be reduced.

We offer variety of work schedules for FedEx Ground Delivery Driver Position

• 8-10 hours shift
• 4-6 day schedule
• Must have Weekend Availability (one or two weekend days as needed. it is possible to request weekend off on approval basis)Opportunity to work additional days & hours and earn incentive based bonus during peak season - performance based.
