Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care in the Emergency Department, working closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless transitions of care. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed records, participating in performance improvement initiatives, and contributing to the development of unit-based policies and procedures.
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in acute care, with a strong understanding of emergency nursing principles and practices. They will hold a current RN license and have completed any necessary certifications, such as ACLS and PALS. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
