Job Description
This position requires a Registered Nurse with experience in acute care settings such as ICU, step-down, med surg/tele, and acute rehab. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patients' needs, and prioritize interventions.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes and medication lists.
Requirements
- Diploma or Associate of Science Degree in Nursing required.
- Previous acute care experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to project a professional image and maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
