Job Title: Travel Nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit
We are seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in New Haven, Indiana.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit setting
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Assess and document patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Acute care experience in ICU, step down, med surg/tele, and acute rehab preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
