Job Overview:
At Vibra Travels, we are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in Rehabilitation to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
As a travel nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience as an RN, with a strong background in acute care, particularly in ICU, step-down, med-surg/tele, and acute rehab settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care to individuals recovering from various medical conditions, including neurological, musculoskeletal, and cardiovascular disorders.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring seamless transitions between care settings.
- Monitor patients' progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor is required.
- Additional certifications may be required by Vibra Travels, such as ACLS, PALS, or NRP.
- One full year of RN experience; Diploma or Associate of Science Degree in Nursing is required.
- Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment is required.
- Previous acute care experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to project a professional image and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
