U.S. Tax Specialist
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for all Direct and Indirect Tax matters for all Vibracoustic entitles in the US.
- Transfer Pricing and International Tax related matters, including Withholding Tax between Mexico and US, as well as US outbound.
- Prepare annual workpapers for annual tax filing for the US which will be prepared by our external tax service provider, and work with our tax preparer to ensure our current business status as well as changes from prior year is understood.
- Compute quarterly current and deferred income tax provisions for all US legal entities under Local GAAP and IFRS, ensuring these are maintained for any changes to our tax situation.
- Compute Federal, State and Local estimated tax and extension payments and align with Treasury on these topics.
- Act as counterpart and interface for Vibracoustic accounting and treasury for the region.
- Bachelors in Accounting/Tax or related field.
- 2-5 years US Tax Experience.
