Job Summary
">Vibram is seeking a dynamic and experienced Repair Director to lead our commercial operations in the USA. This role will be responsible for managing relationships with distributors and retailers to expand Vibram's presence in the American repair market.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors and retailers to ensure optimal brand representation and sales performance. ">
- Collaborate with Master Cobbler Vibram and marketing department to create a training calendar for cobblers. ">
- Organize and conduct training sessions to educate cobblers on resole techniques using Vibram technologies. ">
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and training program effectiveness. ">
- Work with the marketing department to manage all promotional activities and event/trade show organization for the target market. ">
- Represent Vibram at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the brand and its products. ">
- Coordinate the Sales team and Customer Service activities for the target market. ">
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. ">
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial or sales role, the footwear or repair industry will be a plus. ">
- Proven track record of managing distributor and retailer relationships. ">
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with distributors, retailers, and attend industry events. ">
- Availability to travel nationally and internationally. ">
