We are a home-based ABA company seeking an experienced and dedicated Case Coordinator to join our team. This role is based in Williamsburg and you will be responsible for managing cases, liaising with clients and families, staffing, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure the success of our programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Case Management: Oversee the coordination and management of individual client cases, ensuring that treatment plans are implemented effectively.
- Liaising: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, families, and staff, fostering open communication and a high level of satisfaction.
- Staffing: Assist with staffing logistics, including scheduling, training, and managing the team that delivers ABA services.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, their families, and staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical team to monitor progress, make program adjustments as needed, and support overall case success.
- ABA Experience: Previous experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, with an emphasis on coordination.
- RBT Certification: A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a plus but not required.
- Data Collection Software: Experience navigating Central Reach
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients, families, and staff.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple cases and responsibilities efficiently.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to address challenges and find effective solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- In-Office Role: Work from our Williamsburg office, Monday to Friday 9AM - 5PM.
