Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Chiropractic Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering safe and effective SoftWave therapy treatments to patients, contributing to our integrated approach to musculoskeletal health and regenerative medicine. This person will also take x-rays of patients as needed by the health center. This role requires an understanding of the human body, excellent patient communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
About the technology:
Softwave Regenerative Tissue Therapy is a non-invasive therapy that utilizes acoustic sound waves to reduce inflammation, increase blood circulation, improve cellular energy and recruit stem cells to promote tissue regeneration and accelerate healing. Treatment areas most commonly include the back, neck and joints such as shoulders, wrists, hips, knees, and ankles.
There is a comprehensive training that the right candidate will complete in order to fully understand the SoftWave Therapy Treatment. This will include how to administer the treatment, how to communicate with patients and deliver exceptional care to ensure the best results.

What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)
The primary focus of this position is to spearhead our SoftWave Tissue Repair Therapy Program. Additionally, you will take x-rays of patients as needed.
The SoftWave Tissue Repair Therapy Program consists of the following:
Managing Potential Patient Leads and Welcoming New Clients
- Manage online requests to book SoftWave appointments.
- Communicate with potential patients via email, phone, and text
- Provide new patients with necessary paperwork to complete prior to appointment
- Review and upload intake forms into patient file
Patient Assessment and Treatment Planning:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine the suitability for SoftWave therapy.
- Collaborate with chiropractors to integrate SoftWave therapy into comprehensive treatment strategies.
SoftWave Therapy Administration:
- Administer SoftWave therapy treatments according to established protocols and best practices. (training will be provided).
- Adjust treatment parameters based on patient response and clinical judgment.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during all treatments.
- Maintain accurate treatment records.
Equipment Maintenance and Safety:
- Maintain and calibrate SoftWave therapy equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and infection control procedures.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and report any malfunctions promptly.
Patient Education and Communication:
- Educate patients on the benefits, risks, and expected outcomes of SoftWave therapy. (communication training provided)
- Provide clear and concise instructions for post-treatment care.
- Answer patient questions and address concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Make appropriate recommendations for treatment options for each patient
- Review treatment plan options, including financial discussions with the patient
Collaboration and Integration:
- Effectively communicate with other Vibrant Family Chiropractic team members.
- Work closely with office Chiropractors to provide integrated care.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of clinic protocols.
- Stay up to date on the latest research and advancements in SoftWave therapy and regenerative medicine.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- Experience in patient/client care.
- Strong understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy and physiology.

- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.

- Familiarity with functional medicine concepts.
- Degree or training in a health related field.
- Experience in having financial decision-making conversations
- Strong communication skills.
- Good energy loving heart.
Hours Compensation:
- $22 per hour, with opportunity to increase based upon conversions/sales and bonus structure for new patient acquisition.
- 20-28 hour work week, part time positions available.
Hours for our team are as follows. Depending on the appointment schedule, you may not be needed for the entirety of every shift. There also may be special circumstances that require you to be present outside of the hours listed.
Monday:
7:30am -12:00pm (to include a team meeting) and 2:30-6:00pm
Tuesday:
1:30-5:30pm
Wednesday:
7:30am -10:30am and 2:30-6:00pm
Thursday:
7:30am- 11:00am and 2:00-5:30pm
