SUMMARY OF POSITION
Under the direction of the Practice Manager, the Practice Coordinator coordinates day-to-day clinic operations at assigned clinic/practice location.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES- Manages schedules for Providers and Patient Service Representatives at a designated site.
- Managers the Patient Service Representatives for that site.
- Provides support for the electronic medical record (eClinicalworks) for clinic staff on site.
- Works with management and administration to address issues promptly.
- Works with the Practice Manager to achieve targets for patient volume / encounters.
- Responsible for effectively organizing and/or prioritizing work to assist with efficient patient flow in the clinic.
- Works with Practice Manager in conducting and verifying audits.
- Coordinates, supervises and manages support staff functions at assigned clinic location under the direction of the Practice Manager.
- Be able to float to other clinics as needed.
High School Diploma required. Bachelors preferred. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a medical office practice. Proficiency of electronic medical records. Working knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel) required. Process management ability to effectively coordinate the efforts of professional and support staff.

- Hold current drivers’ license and reliable transportation.
- Travel to all parts of the facility and throughout the community.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- PSR’s at assigned location.
