Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our exciting team in a welcoming MedSpa environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with in a MedSpa, aesthetics & lasers procedures, and specialized knowledge in skincare, injectables, health and wellness coaching and internal medicine. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and promoting wellness.
Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients
- Develop and implement individualized plans
- Collaborate with physicians and other aestheticians
- Educate customers on health, nutrition, wellness and prevention
- Be knowledgeable in Neurotoxins, Fillers, injectables and other aesthetic treatments offered
- Document client information accurately and maintain HIPAA requirements
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing
- Current Nurse Practitioner license
- Valid NP license in the State of Texas
- Certification from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- 2 years of experience in a medical spa or dermatology setting, preferably in a lead position - Proficiency in performing cosmetic procedures
- Exude a high level of professionalism when working with patients and staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Empathetic to patients needs
- Quality and precision focused
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
