Vibrant Logistics Co with FedEx Ground has IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for delivery drivers in Madison, AL. Our delivery drivers will be operating p700s and p1000s delivering in the suburban areas surrounding the terminal. You will be operating out of the FedEx terminal at 440 Jetplex Lane, Madison, AL 35758. We are looking for motivated and dependable individuals to work as part of a team!
***CDL IS NOT REQUIRED***
We are now accepting applications for full-time drivers. Bilingual, Military, and Veteran applicants are strongly encouraged to apply!
Pay: $160/day (for routes with 135 stops - $1 for each additional stop)
Schedule: Wednesdays - Saturdays Mondays | 7:30-8:00 am - route completion
Must complete route daily - 130-150 stops/day on average

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:
- Arrive at FedEx terminal on time to pick up vehicle and packages
- Conduct pre/post trip vehicle inspections
- Operate delivery vehicles safely, securely, and competently
- Handle and maneuver packages of varying sizes and weights without damage to the packages, vehicle, or yourself
- Effectively use GPS to arrive at your destinations accurately
- Scanning and logging packages
Delivery Driver Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Report
- Must have a minimum of 1 full year of work-related driving experience in the last 3 years
- Must be willing to submit to a background check
- Must be able to physically manage packages up to 150 lbs
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Must be able to pass a drug test and DOT physical exam (PAID BY EMPLOYER)

Package size and weight differentiation as well as climbing in and out of the vehicle repeatedly on a daily basis can be tiring and overwhelming. Before proceeding, please be certain you are equipped and willing to perform strenuous physical labor.
