We are seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Associate to join our team and help clients bring their event visions to life.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Associate who thrives on building relationships, educating clients, and closing sales. This role focuses on inbound sales for weddings, social events, and corporate catering, with the goal of handling all event types over time.

The right candidate is an excellent communicator, a natural problem-solver, and someone who understands the value of exceptional catering. If you love working with people, enjoy selling experiences, and want to be part of a team that values integrity, innovation, and growth, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound leads promptly and professionally, guiding potential clients through the booking process.
  • Educate clients on our catering services, pricing, and value to overcome objections.
  • Develop proposals, present customized solutions, and follow up to close sales.
  • Maintain detailed client records and sales tracking in our CRM.
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Network with potential clients, co-vendors, and the local community to generate new business.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and conversion rate targets.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in sales, catering, hospitality, or event planning preferred.
  • A warm, engaging personality that aligns with our “happy people making people happy” culture.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen and identify client needs.
  • Ability to educate clients and confidently address pricing concerns.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using a CRM (Monday.com experience is a plus!).
  • Self-motivated, driven, and eager to grow within the company.
  • Availability to work flexible hours as needed for client meetings and events.
