We are looking for an innovative and strategic Brand Manager to drive the growth of the Regenere skin care line across B2B and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels.About the Role : The Brand Manager will oversee all aspects of the Régénère brand’s growth and performance. This role is pivotal in ensuring brand consistency, driving customer engagement, and scaling our business. The ideal candidate will be an expert in both B2B and DTC marketing, skilled at managing vendor and agency relationships, and proficient in modern marketing strategies such as influencer and social media marketing. A hands-on understanding of the Shopify platform and experience in the skincare or wellness industry are strongly preferred.Responsibilities : Brand Strategy and Growth : Develop and execute brand strategies that drive growth in both B2B and DTC channels. Lead the conceptualization and launch of new products and campaigns, ensuring alignment with the Regenere brand identity.Marketing and Communication : Oversee influencer marketing campaigns, leveraging partnerships to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Manage social media channels, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across platforms. Work with creative teams to produce engaging email campaigns, social posts, reels, and stories using tools like Canva.E-Commerce Management : Utilize the Shopify platform to optimize the customer journey and increase sales. Monitor site performance, implement SEO best practices, and develop strategies to improve conversions.Vendor and Agency Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and agencies, including creative, media, and PR partners. Negotiate contracts and evaluate vendor performance to ensure cost-effective and high-quality outputs.Customer and Partner Engagement : Develop educational content to empower both customers and healthcare partners about the benefits and unique aspects of the Regenere program. Collaborate with B2B clients to drive awareness and adoption within their networks.Data-Driven Insights : Analyze performance metrics from campaigns, e-commerce, and social media to inform strategy and optimize outcomes.
