We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Clinical Laboratory Scientist with a general license to join our dynamic team for the evening shift.
Job Summary :
The Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) will be responsible for performing a wide range of laboratory tests and procedures to aid in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during evening hours.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, chemistry, immunology, microbiology, and blood banking.
- Analyze test results, interpret data, and report findings accurately and timely.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols, quality control procedures, and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of tests performed and results obtained.
- Participate in proficiency testing and continuing education activities.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and laboratory personnel to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Adhere to all laboratory policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
