Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
- Guide and oversee Product Managers in developing their roadmaps and ensuring strategic alignment.
- Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive insights to shape product development.
- Leadership & Mentorship
- Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to a team of Product Managers, fostering growth and best practices.
- Set clear expectations and provide regular feedback to enhance team performance.
- Ensure consistency in product management practices across the team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders to drive product initiatives.
- Engage and influence internal client teams to align product development with business priorities.
- Provide clear written and verbal updates on the roadmap, priorities, and key project progress to leadership.
- Execution & Delivery
