JOB DESCRIPTION:
The San Antonio Lighthouse for the Blind DBA Vibrant Works
seeks to work in San Antonio, TX, an experienced Project Manager to establish and
develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose,
direction, and motivation. Lead projects from requirements definition through
deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations and implementation plans,
including risk mitigation. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that
projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget. Analyze project status and, when
necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can
be met. Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client internal and external
stakeholders, providing on project status and changes as needed and required. Conduct
project related risk assessments, report identified risks to management; provide
recommendations for mitigation of risk. Address questions, concerns, and/or complaints
throughout the project. Support the design of systems, equipment and facility
improvements that provide the best levels of efficiency, ergonomics, comfort, and health
and for anyone using them. Assist with managing the safety program, to include but not
limited to inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations and compliance with
applicable laws.
