MAU is hiring a Multi-Site Manager for Vibrantz in Houston, TX. As a Multi-Site Manager, you will oversee the overall operations of our 4 Vibrantz Texas sites. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Required Education and Experience :
Bachelor's degree10 years of chemicals or materials industry experience in a manufacturing leadership position and 5 years in a multisite roleDemonstrated success and experience in developing and executing manufacturing strategies and optimizing operations to achieve cost reductions and productivity gains while operating in a demanding customer environmentExperience conducting performance evaluations to maximize team effectiveness (SMART goals, good communication, reviews, training, and development)Experience participating with HR in other team processes such as selection, promotion, or compensationStrong knowledge of computers, inventory systems, quality systems, OSHA and EPA requirements, and ERPP&L responsibility experiencePreferred Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related fieldLean Six Sigma CertificationExperience in sites that are ISO 9000 / NSF certifiedEssential Functions :
