Reporting into the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be based out of Houston, TX (Hybrid) and will be instrumental in executing the overall recruitment strategy to attract and hire exceptional early career and senior professionals. In this role you will serve as a strategic talent advisor for hiring managers and drive the end-to-end recruiting process for various business units including corporate functions. The role offers a unique opportunity to help shape the future of Vibrantz by identifying and engaging promising talent to drive our business forward.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a key advisor to hiring managers and various internal/external stakeholders providing guidance on the most effective recruitment and hiring strategies.
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to attract talent utilizing a mix of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, university partnerships, career fairs, and referrals.
- Effectively engage with prospective talent communicating the company's culture, values, and growth opportunities ensuring Vibrantz maintains a great candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and help facilitate the selection process ensuring a consistent and fair evaluation of candidates.
- Contribute to the development and execution of our Corporate Social Responsibility efforts enhancing our brand as an employer of choice and the impact within the communities we serve.
- Utilize data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, identify areas for improvement, and make data informed decisions to optimize the hiring process.
- Ensure data accuracy in a timely manner and all recruiting activities comply with relevant labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain and apply knowledge of the latest labor market trends and recruiting best practices to enhance the Vibrantz’s hiring processes.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition performing end-to-end full lifecycle recruiting
- Experience with Workday ATS
- 5 -7 years specializing recruiting in-house corporate functions roles including finance, HR, legal, procurement, IT AND/OR recruiting B2B business development, sales and customer support roles
- Experience with executive level search and hiring processes
- Strong executive presence, gravitas, and ability to influence at the C –level.
- Demonstrated ability building effective sourcing strategies utilizing market intelligence and internal/external data insights
- Exhibits a high level of accountability, integrity, and curiosity to work independently as a part of a team to solve business problems and achieve results
