Job Description:
The IT Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver technological solutions aligned with business goals. In addition to coordinating multiple concurrent branch ERP implementations, this role will oversee IT projects involving software development, network infrastructure, and cloud systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of IT and ERP projects, setting goals, defining scope, and managing timelines.
- Champion and adhere to Epicor Signature Implementation Methodology for ERP projects.
- Assist with the enhancement and implementation of applicable CRMs and Salesforce-related projects.
- Coordinate schedules, resources, equipment, and information across multiple concurrent branch implementations at varying stages.
- Consolidate individual branch status reports into division-level summaries for stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Develop detailed project plans, including milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with frameworks, IT policies, and best practices while maintaining documentation.
- Prepare and manage project deliverables based on approved requirements, ensuring changes are documented and reflected in work plans.
- Report regularly on project status and address risks by developing proactive mitigation strategies in collaboration with leads.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure performance aligns with project goals.
- Drive continuous process improvement through post-project reviews.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- ~3 years of experience managing IT and ERP projects, including Epicor ERP implementations (v9/10/Kinetic).
- ~ Solid understanding of IT project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and ERP life cycle models.
- ~ Project Management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or Agile preferred.
- ~ Advanced organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in complex environments.
- ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Monday.Com). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present remotely and in person.
- ~ Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting quality standards with minimal supervision.
- ~ Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- ~ Ability to travel up to 25%.
