This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate records while managing multiple tasks. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms, as well as screening resumes, conducting initial candidate screenings, and initiating outreach via email or phone.
Your responsibilities will also include creating and posting job openings on various platforms, ensuring they are optimized to attract top talent. Additionally, you will coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates, ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process, and provide timely updates to candidates.
To succeed in this role, you must have 1 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support, with a strong understanding of sourcing platforms and basic Boolean search techniques. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is also essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a friendly and professional demeanor, are required.
