Our mission is to ensure quality care and support for our clients while fostering professional growth for our staff.Job Description : We are seeking a dynamic, motivated and experienced Sales cum Account Manager who can cold call on Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Centers and other healthcare facilities fort securing staffing contracts.. In this role you will be responsible for developing new business by signing up new long-term care facility clients. You will also maintain and expand the current business by continuing to build relationships with current customers. Key Responsibilities : Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities by signing up new long-term care facility clients. Develop and implement strategies to grow our client base and expand our market reach.Account Maintenance : Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and ensuring the highest level of service. Conduct regular check-ins and provide updates on staffing progress.Management : Single point of contact for the clients. Provide ongoing support and management to ensure high performance and client satisfaction.Team Collaboration : Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
