What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Workday HCM Analyst position at Vibrus group?
The Senior HCM Business Analyst will lead the implementation and optimization of Workday as the primary Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This role is crucial in managing the transition from the current system solutions to Workday, ensuring that the system meets Facility's needs while enhancing operational efficiency and employee experience. Will collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR, IT, and operational leaders, to drive successful project execution and system adoption.
About the role:

- Candidate(s) should be local to Dallas, TX area
Submission Requirements
- Workday HCM, Core and/or Recruiting certified - preferred
- Min. of 5 years experience in implementation and/or end-to-end enhancements, preferably with Workday or other HRIS implementation
- experience in developing and delivering training programs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource, Information Technology or related field
- familiarity with PeopleSoft preferred
- LOCAL candidates highly preferred
Salary : $89,500 - $113,800
