Serving over 15,000 children and adults annually, we pride ourselves on our expertise and compassionate care.Your Mission : Social Worker - Adult Behavioral HealthPicture yourself as the guiding light for adults with serious mental illness, providing comprehensive psycho-social assessments, treatment planning, therapy, community-based support, and advocacy. As part of our dedicated ACT team, you will collaborate with community providers to ensure the efficient operation of our program, adhering to ACT fidelity standards.Your Impact : Assessment & Treatment : Conduct thorough psycho-social assessments and create effective treatment plans.Collaboration : Work hand-in-hand with the ACT team and other community providers.Training & Meetings : Assist in the orientation training of ACT team members and co-facilitate ACT team meetings.Crisis Intervention : Provide crisis intervention, on-call crisis coverage, and clinical consultation as needed.Travel : Mileage reimbursement at IRS standard rate ($0.64 per mile) when using a personal vehicle.What We Offer : Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance401KPTOPaid Holidays : New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, ½ day for Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after (Black Friday), Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.Training : Paid for by companyYour Qualifications : Education : Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.Licensure : LMSW, LLP, or LPC from the State of Michigan. Licensure must remain active, in effect, and free from disciplinary action.Experience : Minimum of two years treating adults with mental health and / or substance use disorders. Preferred experience in a community mental health setting.Additional Credentials : Eligible for Qualified Mental Health Professional at the time of hire and Substance Abuse Treatment Specialist credential within 120 days. Possess CAADC credential or be on an active, approved registered MCBAP certification Development Plan within six weeks of hire.Skills : Exceptional clinical assessment, client engagement, and intervention skills. Ability to work both independently and as a team member. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
