Hours of Operation: (Mon - Fri: 5:30AM - 2:30PM). That's right! Have all of your nights and weekends free!
Vic's Sandwich Shop is a locally owned shop located at 1355 Edgewood Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32254. We are a specialty shop offering freshly made-to-order early breakfast to lunch entrees.
We are currently hiring hard-working employees to perform part-time & full teamwork.
Previous cashier, cafe counter, food prep, or deli experience is preferred, however, we are willing to train the right people as well!
All employees are required to switch between all jobs. We work as a team and help each other out throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Food/Deli -- Daily prep work in the kitchen, making sandwiches, and experience using a deli slicer is a plus.
- Ensure prompt and accurate processing of food in your station
- Regular maintenance and cleaning of equipment and utensils used
- Maintain health and safety standards to regulations
- Coordinate with other team members to complete orders timely and accurately
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate and listen effectively
- Food handling certifications (willing to train!)
- Previous experience in a restaurant is a plus!
