Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top-tier healthcare professionals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including application review, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and job offers.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders across various departments and regions to understand and fulfill staffing needs.
- Utilize recruiting tools, such as Greenhouse (ATS), job boards, social media platforms, and networking events, to source qualified candidates.
- Act as a brand ambassador for VTP, ensuring candidates understand and embody the company’s mission and values.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts across diverse geographical locations to ensure all positions are filled efficiently. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, delivering a seamless and positive experience.
- Monitor and provide regular reports on the status of hiring strategies.
- Design and maintain the Company’s ATS, ensuring it is optimized for candidate tracking and engagement.
