Recruitment Coordinator

VIC the PICC (“VTP”) is a specialized healthcare provider focused on vascular access consulting services to acute care hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and home healthcare. We provide vascular access device insertion services, post access support services including declotting, line removal, port access and venous access troubleshooting. VTP also provides continuing education, precepting and other educational support to clinical team members and customers.

The Recruitment Coordinator is a full-time, in-office/remote position responsible for managing recruitment efforts across multiple geographical regions, partnering with hiring managers, clinical leaders, and operations teams to meet VIC the PICC’s staffing needs. This role is pivotal in shaping the candidate experience and ensuring VIC the PICC attracts top-tier healthcare talent to support its growth.

We are seeking a professional with a strong healthcare recruitment background who demonstrates exceptional organizational and communication skills, embodies our company’s values, and can handle cross-departmental collaboration effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top-tier healthcare professionals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including application review, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and job offers.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders across various departments and regions to understand and fulfill staffing needs.
• Utilize recruiting tools, such as Greenhouse (ATS), job boards, social media platforms, and networking events, to source qualified candidates.
• Act as a brand ambassador for VTP, ensuring candidates understand and embody the company’s mission and values.
• Coordinate recruitment efforts across diverse geographical locations to ensure all positions are filled efficiently. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, delivering a seamless and positive experience.
• Monitor and provide regular reports on the status of hiring strategies.
• Design and maintain the Company’s ATS, ensuring it is optimized for candidate tracking and engagement.

Hourly Pay Range: $26 USD - $31 USD
