Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success working in an agency environment and managing accounts either while at one of the larger shops / holding companies or while dedicated to a Fortune 1000 client account. This role requires strategic and analytical thinking exceptional communication skills and the ability to cultivate strong client relationships while delivering topnotch service.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and strategic insight.
- Client POV : Strive to understand the clients needs and perspectives so that you can play the client "role" (be the client's advocate) during internal meetings to better meet client objectives.
- Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams including creative strategy media and operations to deliver seamless and impactful client solutions.
- Project Management : Oversee timelines budgets and deliverables to ensure projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Market Insight : Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and clientspecific challenges to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Reporting : Provide regular updates and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
