- Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Train new employees on kitchen procedures, equipment use, and safety protocols.
- Monitor kitchen performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
- Coordinate banquet services and special events as required.
Experience
