Cosmetology Instructor – Educate, Inspire, Lead!
Position Purpose:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Cosmetology Instructor to educate and mentor students while upholding VICI’s mission of excellence in beauty education. This role is vital in preparing students for success in the beauty industry by delivering high-quality instruction and maintaining professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Classroom & Practical Instruction – Prepare and deliver engaging lessons, ensuring curriculum aligns with current industry standards.
✅ Student Development – Provide continuous evaluation and feedback to support student growth in theory, practical skills, and clinical experience.
✅ Safety & Sanitation – Maintain a safe, sanitary, and professional learning environment for students and clients.
✅ Professionalism & Teamwork – Represent VICI with a professional image while attending meetings and collaborating with staff.
✅ Special Events Participation – Support student success by engaging in career fairs, recognition events, and industry activities.
✅ Clinic Floor Management – Guide students through client services, to ensure a positive experience.
✅ Administrative Duties – Maintain academic records and uphold compliance with Wisconsin state guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Cosmetologist with industry experience
- Strong communication, leadership, and teaching skills
- Passion for education and student success
