Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a retail store setting to promote clean energy options
- Learn and effectively deliver sales scripts and handle common customer objections
- Educate customers on alternative energy suppliers and their benefits
- Use an iPad to enter customer information and process sign-ups
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions
- Represent Vici Marketing Inc. with professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn product knowledge, scripts, and rebuttals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using an iPad or similar device for sign-ups
- Reliable and punctual with weekend availability
- Must be 18 years or older
