Lawn Care Worker

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the health, appearance, and overall care of lawns for residential and commercial properties. You’ll play an essential role in ensuring our customers’ lawns are beautiful, healthy, and properly cared for throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lawn Maintenance: Mow, edge, trim, and blow grass and debris to ensure a clean and neat appearance.
• Aeration & Seeding: Conduct lawn aeration and overseeding as needed to promote healthy soil and grass growth.
• Customer Service: Communicate with clients to understand their lawn care needs and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and care for lawn care tools and machinery, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and use equipment properly to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Knowledge of lawn care techniques, commercial equipment, and maintenance.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.

Pay: $16.50 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
