Logistician III Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistician III to join our team at Vickers and Nolan Enterprises (VNE). As a Logistician III, you will be responsible for directing the integrated logistics process, developing support policies, procedures, and systems, and providing implementation guidance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Integrate logistics processes within operational, acquisition, and wholesale environments
• Develop and implement directives to ensure effective logistics support
• Establish and enforce standards for logistics training and equipment

Essential Duties:

• Communicate task requirements to clients in a clear and concise manner
• Participate in meetings and working groups
• Work on computer for long periods and communicate with individuals by telephone, email, and face-to-face

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Seven years of experience in defense life-cycle logistics support
• Four years of experience in C4ISR or similar systems
• Proficient in utilizing operational inventory management software tools

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, and hear
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• May be exposed to chemicals related to office equipment
