Qualifications
VNE, LLC is looking for a TS/SCI Cleared Management and Program Specialist I
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
- High School diploma or GED.
Experience:
- Three (3) years of direct work experience with the use of advanced information technology to develop and/or integrate complex data, to include: requirements analysis; project management procedures including out year budgeting for programs involving OMN, FMS, OPN, SCN, and RDT&E monies; development of contract schedules, out year planning and POM budgets, compliance planning and program planning.
- Must have knowledge of DoD standards and regulations like the FAR, DFAR, OPM requirements, and other business related regulations.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to problem-solve.
- Possess critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- TS/SCI level Clearance required.
Job Description:
- Responsible for a range of activities to support the Program Manager and the program team, such as developing and maintaining program plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Monitor and track the progress, performance, and risks of the projects within the program.
- Responsible for communicating and coordinating with project managers, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Facilitate and document meetings and reviews.
- Provide administrative, logistical, and technical support to the Program Manager and the program team.
- Implement and ensure compliance with program policies, procedures, and standards.
Essential Duties of the Job:
- Ability to communicate task requirement information to client in a clear and concise manner.
- Must be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time, as well as lead and participate in meetings and working groups.
- Requires visual acuity to use a keyboard.
- Must be able to attend work each day, during scheduled hours, unless on travel or approved time off.
- Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face-to-face
