VNE, LLC is looking for a TS/SCI Cleared Warehouse Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
- High School diploma or GED.
Experience:
- 10 years of experience in material/inventory management.
- 4 years of experience using DoD or commercial warehouse systems.
- 6 years of experience managing a material distribution facility.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management.
- Strong leadership, problem solving, excellent verbal and writing communication and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and project management skills including the ability to work against pressing deadlines.
- Working knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Office.
- TS/SCI level Clearance required.
Job Description:
- Oversee and actively perform all aspects of warehouse operations alongside Warehouse Specialists, including receiving, receipt verification, storage of inbound materials, inventory management, picking, packing, palletizing, and shipping.
- Use DoD or commercial warehouse systems to track materials, ensuring accurate inventory and timely distribution.
- Implement best practices for inventory control.
- Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory integrity.
- Collaborate with internal teams, government partners, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and material support.
Essential Duties of the Job:
- Ability to communicate task requirement information to client in a clear and concise manner.
- Must be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time, as well as lead and participate in meetings and working groups.
- Requires visual acuity to use a keyboard.
- Must be able to attend work each day, during scheduled hours, unless on travel or approved time off.
- Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face-to-face

- While performing duties of job, employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
- Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
