The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, strategic planning, and technical expertise to manage a dynamic and fast-paced shipyard environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Operations Management
- Direct all day-to-day shipyard operations, including repair, maintenance, and retrofitting of inland barges and boats.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of services.
