Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Math Teacher located in Vicksburg, MS. The Math Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans, instructing students using various teaching methods, and assessing student progress in mathematics. The teacher will work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the math curriculum and ensure students achieve academic success. Additional responsibilities include participating in professional development opportunities and maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Mathematics and Mathematics Education skills
- Experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
- Qualification as a licensed and Qualified Teacher
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate students toward academic achievement
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or related field
- Previous teaching experience is a plus
