What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administration Assistant position at Victor & Associates?
Provide administrative support to our main office. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work inventory for group homes and office.
- Answering multiple phone lines, taking accurate messages, determines purpose of calls, and transfer calls to the appropriate person.
- Provide general support to visitors, greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
- Maintain and update contact list.
- Perform general clerical duties to include: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing. This can include any other clerical duties later identified.
- Maintain attendance sheets for all employee training.
- Responsible for collecting employee Time-sheets.
- Collect and distribute all Client notes. Copy and prepare all monthly Client notes.
- Responsible for making sure all notes are accurate and call staff to come in for corrections as needed
- Inventory of office supplies
- Maintain and monitor all Company vehicles for maintenance, cleanliness requirements and location. Call for any repairs needed.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Shop for Groceries for all group homes
- Complete other duties as assigned by Director of Operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
