Victor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Victor/Canandaigua/Rochester area’s newest CDJR franchise, is looking for a highly motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to support our exponential growth into our new state of the art building!

Duties & Responsibilities
- Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
- Must be willing to work Saturdays
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2 years of sales experience; automotive sales preferred
- Knowledge of automotive products preferred, but not required
- Unrestricted, Valid NYS driver's license required
- Must be able to work Saturdays
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers and staff
- Basic computer and internet skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift up to 10 lbs. as needed
- Spends 75% of work day standing/walking; 25% sitting
