Position Summary:
The Outside Salesperson will drive sales in the Collier County & Naples territory. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual passionate about sales and customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HVAC products and a proven track record in outside sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
Market Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to the sales management team.
- Stay informed about new products, services, and industry developments.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Coordinate with inside sales and support teams to ensure seamless customer service.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer data and sales activities.
Qualifications:
Education:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the HVAC industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC products and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
