Job Summary :
Under the direct supervision of the Residential Services Supervisor (RSS), the Residential Counselor II is responsible for the care and supervision of the severely emotionally disturbed children (residents) assigned to the facility in accordance with the mandates of public law, state regulations and Agency operating plans. The Residential Counselor II acts as the facility manager and assists the RSS / STRTP Administrator in the management of the residential facility.
